Description
Position Purpose:
To prepare and provide food service for our team members that will meet or exceed their expectations.
Responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of the Team Member Cafeteria. Responsible for all aspects of service by preparing, stocking and replenishing all service areas (both F&B and serving utensils) and maintaining adequate supplies during meal periods, cleaning and presetting all tables; transportation of dining utensils and serving dishes to and from kitchen.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prepare employee meals for Team Members
- Stocks and maintains steam table, cold lines, beverage station and all other serving stations in the employee cafeteria
- Orders, stocks, replenishes all food, beverage and dry goods needed for service
- Stocks and maintains supplies in the employee cafeteria
- Assures that all food is maintained at appropriate temperatures
- Assures that all food is stored in the appropriate sanitary condition
- Assures that all equipment is kept clean and in a sanitary condition to include the following: sweeping and mopping of the floors daily, wiping down counters, emptying trash and wipe down trash containers, dust and wipe down tables, and clean area around beverage staging.
- Ensure all products and procedures follow health code regulations.
- Ensure all product is properly stored and labeled
- Inspects and prepares all service ware prior to use
- Removes bus tubs with team members soiled dishes, service ware, etc. from cafeteria to dish wash area in kitchen
- Maintains and cleans tables in employee cafeteria
- Assists in completion of post meal clean up and side work duties
- Assists in employee related events held at the club
- Completes requisition forms for storeroom and warehouse items
- Monthly inventory of all silverware, plates, trays, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

- Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance
- Is polite, friendly, and helpful to all guests, management and fellow employees
- Attends appropriate staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work area

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds repetitively during entire shift
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Licenses or certificates:
- Florida Health Certificate
Physical Demands:
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
- Push, pull or lift up to 30 pounds.
- Continuous repetitive motions.
- Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
