Keep our payroll accurate, compliant, and efficient! You’ll manage complex processes, resolve queries, and drive improvements while upholding strong governance. We’re looking for a problem-solver who’s adaptable, confident with legislation, approachable, and able to educate the business and build relationships across multiple sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing payroll accurately and on time, meeting all legislative and policy requirements.
Managing payroll systems, records, and financial invoicing.
Advising and supporting stakeholders with payroll queries.
Driving process improvements and developing training/resources.
Maintaining robust audit controls and governance practices.
Skills and experience:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong payroll expertise and knows how to apply legislation and awards.
Solves problems, improves processes, and uses initiative to support decision-making.
Is skilled with HRIS, payroll systems, and data management.
Communicates clearly, builds relationships, and delivers excellent customer service.
Maintains strong governance, audit controls, and compliance.
Creates and delivers clear, practical training and resources.
Is adaptable, approachable, and a great relationship builder.
