Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst
Location: Georgetown, TX

Skillforce has teamed up with a rapidly growing wholesale and distribution company in Central Texas to recruit qualified candidates for several direct-hire opportunities. We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst to join their Product Management team.
Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyze inventory levels across warehouse and retail store operations to optimize stock availability.
Forecast demand for perishable and non-perishable goods, aligning supply with seasonal and promotional needs.
Monitor stock rotation and shelf-life compliance to minimize waste and spoilage.
Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing of grocery, produce, frozen, and general merchandise.
Maintain supplier performance metrics for quality, delivery timeliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Track and reconcile purchase orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure accuracy and cost control.
Monitor and interpret product performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to enhance and optimize product offerings.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements and new initiatives.
Support the creation of business cases and contribute to product roadmap development.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure all product initiatives comply with company policies, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar).
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) in an office setting.
Occasional walking, standing, and interaction with office equipment.
Frequent exposure to typical office noise levels, including conversations and background activity.
Pay and Benefits:
Up to $65k salary
