JSM Airport Services LLC (a subsidiary of JSM & Associates, LLC) is accepting applications for a Maximo Supervisor to become a member of our team in Orlando, FL. The Maximo Supervisors role is to utilize and maintain the airports Enterprise Asset Management software solution (Maximo), as it relates to the requirements of the contract. The contract focuses on the maintenance and repair services of the airport baggage handling systems (BHS), the passenger boarding bridges (PBB), and pre-conditioned air (PCA) systems. This position will also be instrumental in the creation of periodic maintenance work orders and management reporting.

Responsibilities:    

  • Provide supervision and direction to Maximo Data Entry personnel.
  • Oversee Maximo and the integrity of the information.
  • Develop and configure Maximo version 7.5 and all subsequent upgrades.
  • Plan and manage the database components of the software, patch management, upgrades, and integration.
  • Provide Maximo training to all JSM and GOAA Maximo users.
  • Train users (including JSM and GOAA personnel) on Maximo, document, and import and export data.
  • Generate reports requested by JSM & Associates leadership and/or authorized GOAA personnel.
  • Provide administrative and day-to-day support for Maximo production environments.
  • Provide daily support for Maximo.
  • Provide support for the expansion of Maximo program capabilities.
  • Convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms.
  • Safety and compliance training is required.
  • Perform other reasonable ancillary duties to support the operation and our customer.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred*
  • *Job experience, professional development and continuing education may be substituted for educational experience
  • 3(+) years of experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management (CMM) software programs; preferably Maximo
  • Knowledge of the Maximo program
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals, including executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Possess versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
  • Certification(s) in EAM or CMM software highly preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

 Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Additional Requirements: 

The employee must be able to successfully pass a drug screening, a driver’s license check and validation, a ten (10)-year Criminal History Records Check (CHRC), federal fingerprinting and security threat assessment, and airport security badging. Continued employment is subject to all the above requirements on an ongoing basis; failure to pass any of the above requirements may result in immediate termination.
