Our Truck Care Technology team is seeking a seasoned Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join us on-site in Oklahoma City. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a Senior Manager with a robust background in software development and system integrations, who excels at aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
As a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, the BRM is responsible for identifying and delivering innovative, technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable value. This role requires a unique blend of executive presence, strategic insight, and technical expertise to translate business vision into actionable technology strategies.
Job Functions:
Strategic Partnership & Executive Engagement
- Serve as the senior liaison between business units and Technology, building trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
- Translate strategic business objectives into Technology roadmaps and initiatives.
- Influence enterprise technology investments by developing business cases and ROI-driven proposals.
- Facilitate executive-level communication, ensuring alignment of priorities, risks, and outcomes.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product and technology teams.
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and objectives for product and technology initiatives, including AI adoption.
- Drive performance, accountability, and timely delivery of high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support strategic and operational priorities.
Value Realization & Portfolio Management
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and governance of IT demand across assigned business units.
- Drive measurable business outcomes by ensuring technology investments—including AI-enabled initiatives—align with strategic objectives.
- Provide executive-level reporting on IT portfolio health, project performance, and realized value.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success.
- Support organizational change management and adoption of new digital and AI-driven solutions.
Innovation & Technology Leadership
- Act as a thought leader, delivering insights on emerging technologies, AI applications, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Identify and champion opportunities for digital transformation, automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure technology initiatives comply with enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
- Support executive governance forums, steering committees, and portfolio reviews.
- Partner with risk and compliance leaders to proactively identify and mitigate business and technology risks, including risks associated with AI and data use.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of progressive technology/business leadership experience, including 3–5 years in an executive-facing relationship management or senior management role.
- 3 years management experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
