This position will provide technical support to the Registrar of Workforce Continuing Education.

Position Duties

*Verifies student data in Enrole compares it to Colleague data, and enters appropriate Discount Codes
*Enters, verifies and updates students' information in the Colleague student system and registers students for classes
*Notifies appropriate staff of duplicate student records
*Verifies student hours and total class hours
*Verifies end of the semester grades are assigned and entered correctly
*Manages discount codes for eligible students
*Verifies students are reported that meet membership requirements as specified in the college's Accountability Credibility Plan and the North Carolina Community College State Board Code
*Reviews class packets to make sure information is correct
*Completes end of semester reports
Answers telephones and provides information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
Attends seminars and conferences when necessary
Assists Dean in assessing and amending workflow procedures
Assists with audit reports
Assist Dean as a liaison with Basic Skills to support career pathway tracking
Assists with implementation of pertinent codes, rules and policies
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Intermediate skills with MS Office products
Ability to exhibit good interpersonal skills and work well with others
Ability to maintain records accurately and be able to meet deadlines consistently
Demonstrates good organizational skills
Ability to perform normal duties with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer relations skills
Requirements:
Associate degree OR
Two years full-time clerical or office experience
Preferences:
Two years experience working with database applications
