The Role
Due to internal promotions and growth, we are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our amazing team!
Our business couldn't operate without our solution driven, quick-thinking and energetic Technicians! It’s a fast-moving role - so you’ll need to be passionate about what you do and be raring to go!
You will be given full training when you start on all the equipment and technology you will be using to carry out your role successfully and will also be required to demonstrate safe work behaviours, lead by example and encourage others to do the same.

WHAT DOES YOUR NEW ROLE ENTAIL?
You’ll never be bored - the work is interesting, and no two days are the same!
You love to take the initiative to problem solve equipment reliability issues whilst identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Due to the front facing nature of the role, you are people orientated and keen to deliver a high standard of customer service all the while developing strong relationships with stakeholders (both internal and external).
A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:
· Completing planned and unplanned maintenance schedules and breakdown service requirements
· Minimising the operational downtime and waste of site plant and equipment
· Delivering a high standard of customer service and developing strong ongoing relationships with stakeholders (internal and external)
· Resolving equipment reliability issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and taking the initiative to identify and develop improvement opportunities
· Utilising sound computer skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports
· Adherence to established document handling processes
· Some remote support to other Neverfail sites, for example at Garbutt.
· Inventory/spare parts management.

We are keen to hear from those with:
· Experience as a Maintenance Fitter or Electrician (dual highly desirable)
· Valid electrical trade qualification
· Valid Australian State Recognised Electrical Licence
· Experience in a continuous process industrial electrical environment working with continuous high speed processing and packaging equipment
· Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs) with extensive electrical fault-finding skills
· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics in 3D Auto Cad
· Comprehensive knowledge of AS/NZ 3000, the Electrical Safety Act, the Electrical Safety Regulation and the Electrical Code of Practice
· Awareness of OHS Legislation and processes
· Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
