As our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you’ll be the strategic backbone of our talent acquisition function—driving process optimization, technology enablement, data analytics, and compliance across all recruiting activities. This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Planning & Partnerships. As part of the broader human resources team, you will build strong relationships with other team members and across all business leaders to ensure our hiring engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a candidate-first mindset. The role will oversee day-to-day management of an experienced talent acquisition team. Lastly, to learn and be ingrained in the business, you will carry a requisition load focusing on senior level and hard to fill roles that require sourcing, relationship building and creative strategies to find top talent for WSB.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy & Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting workflows, policies, and procedures in ADP Workforce Now, LinkedIn and other tools.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the hiring process and lead initiatives to resolve them.
- Develop scalable solutions to support high-volume hiring and niche engineering and technical roles.
Technology & Systems Management
- Partner with our HRIS leader in owning the ATS (i.e., ADP Workforce Now) and other recruiting tools—configuration, integrations, and vendor relationships.
- Train recruiters and hiring managers on system usage and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance sourcing, scheduling, and candidate experience.
Data & Analytics
- Inform business leaders weekly on the status of all open roles through ongoing reporting and live status meetings.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track recruiting KPIs in Power BI (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Compliance & Candidate Experience
- Ensure recruiting practices align with EEOC, OFCCP, and other regulatory standards.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate evaluation.
- Oversee background checks, offer letter generation, and onboarding coordination.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Talent Planning leadership, HRBPs, Finance and business leaders to align recruiting operations with strategic goals.
- Lead talent acquisition team of experienced recruiters.
- Support and evolve employer branding, employee value proposition and campus recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR systems management
- 7+ years in recruiting and HR
- Experience in the AEC industry or similar technical/professional services environment preferred
- Strong command of ATS (ideally ADP Workforce now) and HRIS integrations
- Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Passion for process improvement, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring
