Primary Role Expectations:

· Assist walk-in customers and outside sales team

o Process sales transactions

o Receive customer account payments

o Gather information for placement of special orders

· Assist phone-in customers

· Oversee assigned store department(s)

o Monitor inventory and purchasing needs

o Maintain clean, neat product appearance

o Proactively identify new product opportunities

· May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

· High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 

· This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Physical Requirements:

· Job functions are primarily conducted in a retail store setting; however periodic trips outside and to other buildings are occasionally required

· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of time

· Constantly operates a computer and other office tools

· Occasionally moves boxes or supplies, weighing up to 40 lbs.
