Position Details:

  • Seasonal Part-Time – 2nd Shift (Start time: 2pm)
  • Requires working every other weekend
  • Pay rate: $16.33 per hour
  • On-site position – not remote

What does a Seasonal Customer Agent do?

We provide the best service to all customers placing product orders via phone, email or chat.


How do they do it?

  • Process customer orders via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information and answer questions about products and orders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, escalating when necessary
  • Engage customers in a friendly, helpful manner and recommend additional products to enhance their shopping experience


Requirements

  

Qualities We Look for in Our Team Members:

  • Commitment to Training: Must be able to successfully complete a two-week training program (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM– 4:30 PM) before transitioning to a Seasonal Part-Time 2nd Shift role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Strong Multitasking Skills: Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Training Progression: Must complete new hire training and 90 days of phone-based customer service before advancing to chat and email support training.
  • Excellent Communication: Demonstrates strong verbal skills, active listening, and clear written communication.
  • Customer-Focused: Resolves customer concerns independently with a service-first mindset, aiming for one-contact resolution.
  • Team-Oriented: Brings a collaborative spirit, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!
