Position Details
- Job Title: Full-Time Caregiver
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: St. Patrick Catholic Early Childhood Center
What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, your day will involve nurturing and educating our young students:
- Nurturing Care: Change diapers, assist with potty training, and prepare snacks and lunches.
- Educational Planning: Plan and prepare age-appropriate, engaging activities and lessons that foster growth.
- Classroom Management: Manage children in a calm, organized manner, thinking ahead to create smooth transitions.
- Communication & Partnership: Greet parents and students with a welcoming attitude and communicate regularly to support a strong parent partnership.
- Team Support: Demonstrate a willingness to work wherever needed (Toddler or Infant Room) and follow established processes and routines.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized classroom space (sweeping, mopping, wiping, etc.), take inventory, and communicate with parents.

Qualifications
- Experience/Education: Certification in early childhood, previous experience in the field, or future plans to remain in this field.
- Technology: Comfortable using the Brightwheel app for communication and daily reports.
- Safety: Certification in CPR (Training can be provided).
- Commitment: Above all, a willingness to serve the students, parents, and team members.
