Position Summary: 

  • Lead, motivate, and coach team members to perform at their best
  • Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently
  • Handle cash deposits and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist with training new team members and ongoing development
  • Jump in where needed-whether that’s at the register, the kitchen, or helping a guest

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills-you know how to keep a team motivated and focused
  • Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A commitment to providing exceptional guest service every single time

 

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
