As a Processing Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading change and driving efficiency across our mail and parcel processing facilities in Victoria and supporting the wider Southern Region.Reporting to the Head of Processing – Victoria, you will work closely with Facility Managers and the broader Network Operations team to drive automation and robotics, embed lean best practices, and create the right environment for our people to succeed.This is a leadership role where you’ll influence, inspire, and make a lasting impact on one of Australia’s most iconic organisations. What you’ll deliver with us In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and rollout of transformation initiatives across our processing network — driving automation, standardisation, and efficiency to deliver safer, smarter, and more consistent outcomes for our people, customers, and communities.  You will identify opportunities to improve our delivery in full, on time, while reducing cost to serve, improving efficiency and safety standards and creating an environment where our people thrive.Lead the rollout of robotics, automation, and lean best practices across Victorian facilities and contribute to the wider Southern network.Drive efficiency and consistency by implementing optimisation programs, peak operations planning, and cost reduction initiatives.Partner with leaders to troubleshoot challenges, embed safety, and foster a customer-first, One Team culture.Use data and insights to shape strategy, deliver measurable benefits, and support national programs and standards. About you   You’re a proven leader who thrives on transformation and knows how to bring people with you on the journey. With deep expertise in processing, logistics, and automation, you can influence at every level - from the floor to the boardroom - while keeping safety, service, and our people at the heart of everything you do.Strong track record in leading large-scale change, with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, robotics, automation, and safety best practices.Skilled collaborator and communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders, work with unions and government bodies, and engage with teams across multiple sites.Commercially astute, with experience in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and data analytics tools to drive cost reduction and performance improvement.How we’ll deliver for youJoin one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse workforces in Australia, with people of all ages, genders and walks of lifeWe deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
