Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in volume hiring for BPO/Voice processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire the right talent at scale to meet business demands. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where bulk hiring is critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for BPO and Voice processes.
  • Volume Hiring: Manage large-scale hiring drives to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, and process fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and align hiring activities accordingly.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and manage recruitment events, telephonic interviews, group discussions, and assessment rounds.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment dashboards to track progress, ratios, and closure timelines.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company positively to potential candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure timely completion of offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities, and adherence to internal recruitment policies and compliance standards.
  • Reporting: Provide daily/weekly hiring status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and closure ratios to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience (with at least 6 months in volume/BPO hiring).
  • Strong exposure to Voice process hiring and high-volume hiring environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media platforms, and ATS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines, large hiring numbers, and high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of local market talent trends in the BPO and ITES industry.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
