As an ambassador of the Maison Longchamp, you represent the brand's image daily and constantly embody its Energy and Authenticity values. You are dedicated to providing a unique experience to each customer.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience and Loyalty
- Be proactive in welcoming and assisting customers in discovering the brand and its products.
- Actively listen to customer needs to maximize sales while ensuring sincere and impeccable service.
- Develop a customer database using the digital tools at your disposal to strengthen customer engagement with the Maison.
2. Store Operations
- Ensure the store is well-maintained (cash register, stockrooms, merchandise organization, etc.).
- Visual Merchandising: Participate in VM changes according to the guidelines.
- Participate in back-office management (inventory, restocking, etc.).
Profile
- You have experience in the luxury or fashion sector, for which you have a genuine passion.
- You are versatile in your tasks and agile in using digital tools.
- You have a strong understanding of customer needs and demonstrate persuasion, friendliness, and dynamism in your interactions.
- With excellent presentation skills, you are a hands-on person. You have a strong customer orientation and have developed a good culture of performance and results. You also derive satisfaction from the collective success of the store.
- Your optimism, rigor, sense of service, and sincerity will be excellent assets for successfully completing this mission.
- You speak Dutch fluently. An additional language is a plus.
