About the role
Lead and coordinate haematology clinical trials, managing patient care, study resources, and data collection in line with protocols and regulatory requirements.
Support patient recruitment, assess eligibility, provide trial education, and ensure participants have a positive and informed research experience.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, investigators, and external partners to ensure smooth trial conduct and high-quality research outcomes.
Participate in clinical trial establishment, quality improvement activities, monitoring visits, and ethics/governance submissions to build professional expertise.
Collect and process clinical samples, maintain accurate data records, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Australian regulations, and privacy laws.
About you
Tertiary qualification in a health discipline such as nursing, allied health, medicine, or pharmacy, with current professional registration where applicable.
Proven experience in clinical research or clinical trials, including applying Good Clinical Practice, research protocols, and data management principles.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams and multiple care settings.
Proficiency in using electronic patient records, databases, and research management systems for accurate data collection and reporting.
Strong time and project management skills, with experience prioritising workloads and coordinating multiple research activities in a complex clinical environment.
