Advisory+ is an innovative, APAC-wide platform designed to solve complex challenges across property and infrastructure. We go beyond traditional real estate to advise clients on projects in sectors including education, justice, transport, sports, urban development, affordable housing, and more. Job Description
What you’ll do:
Support project teams to deliver strategic, evidence-based solutions to client problems
Support analysis of data, assess issues, and provide actionable recommendations across property and infrastructure
Support the development high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals with clear insights and visual storytelling
Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive outcomes
Contribute to Advisory+ work for example, business case development, feasibility studies, transactions, property valuations and value-for-money assessments
About you:
Recently completed or are about to complete a degree in property, economics, finance, commerce, or a related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and client impact
Ability to adapt across projects in both government and private sectors
