We are currently seeking motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions. As an RN with Empro Staffing, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, enabling you to balance your professional commitment with personal needs while contributing to high-quality patient care across multiple healthcare settings. This role is ideal for RNs looking for a more adaptable work schedule and the opportunity to gain experience in various clinical environments.

Hourly Rate: $53
OT & Holiday Rate: $79.50
Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday
Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across various healthcare settings, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations.
- Participate in professional development and training to maintain clinical competency and stay updated on best practices.
- Adapt to fluctuating patient care needs and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.

- Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
