The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for managing all banking activities, assist in the loan process, maintain cash flow documentation, and to fund workers compensation and legal settlement accounts.
To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Essential Duties:
• Receives, codes, and enters all miscellaneous cash receipts and remote deposits into the general ledger software
• Codes and enters electronic disbursements into the general ledger software.
• Creates cash payment and transfer entries to record intercompany expense, payables, and receivables to be transferred in
bank.
• Records intercompany bank drafts into the general ledger software.
• Reconciles company bank accounts to general ledger cash account balances for all companies.
• Research and records various bank fees and automatic electronic deposits and disbursements as part of the bank
reconciliation process.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Maintain, monitor, and process all Concur transactions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Various operating systems
• Standard office equipment
• Microsoft Suite applications
• Desktop, laptop and/or iPad
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education:
o Associates Degree required
• Experience:
o Two (2) years of related experience
