In the context of expanding our operations and the opening of the EUC, School of Medicine - Frankfurt Branch in the Fall 2022, we are currently seeking to recruit a Clinical Training Administrator. The ideal candidate will be supporting the students in scheduling clinical training through coordination with internal and external clinical and academic faculty. The position is located at the EUC School of Medicine, Frankfurt Branch in Germany.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Communicates with clinical coordinators and instructors to arrange training hours for student teams
  • Coordinates student clinical rotations according to curriculum, allocation of hours
  • Manages the clinical rotation paperwork and schedules
  • Manages student records, vaccinations, log-books, qualifications
  • Maintains records and relevant communication with collaborating clinicians and supervisory bodies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent command of the English & French Languages
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Able to work under pressure in a timely manner and meet deadlines
  • Proficient use of MS Office
