We are currently seeking Family Physicians to join our interprofessional team at the Community Health Care Clinic (CHC) in Stouffville, Ontario, a partnership with the Eastern York Region North Durham Ontario Health Team (EYRND OHT) and Oak Valley Health (OVH). Our CHC provides episodic urgent care and a full scope of primary care services for both adults and paediatrics.


The ideal Family Physician(s) is a dedicated and compassionate clinician who is passionate about primary care and community medicine. As part of our collaborative team, you will provide primary care to patients and families, supported by allied health professionals, including nurse practitioners, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers and dietitians.


Individual and flexible work arrangements can be discussed. Successful candidate will be provisioned overhead in kind.


Qualifications/Experience:

  • License to practice independently in Ontario from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO);

  • Certification in Family Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)

  • Commitment to providing equitable, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care.

  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Interest in working in a community-based, team-oriented environment.
