- Define and implement the RASCI matrix for the evolved supply chain ordering team on Day 2.
- Ensure the appropriate reporting chain to the Operational Workstream (OW) is established and adhered to.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to define and manage recruitment needs for the Day 2 team, considering future skill requirements.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the supply chain ordering function, incorporating strategic procurement best practices.
- Develop, implement, and manage the PMI plan for supply chain ordering, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and incorporating change management strategies for effective adoption.
- Identify and manage critical integrations with other functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing), ensuring seamless data and process flow.
- Report progress on the work package, highlighting integration milestones, strategic procurement initiatives, and the effectiveness of the change management plan, to the E2E Supply Chain Project Manager.
Project Management and Governance:
- Define, control, and communicate the scope, schedule, and budget for all activities within the supply chain ordering work package.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage potential risks and opportunities, escalating as necessary.
- Define clear requirements for interfacing functions and rigorously monitor their delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively escalate concerns, blockers
Skills and Experience:
