How You Will Make History Here…
As a Team Lead in Warehousing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our shipping and receiving operations. You’ll lead a team on third shift, ensuring materials, ingredients, and finished products move efficiently and safely through the facility. By driving quality, safety, and performance standards, you’ll help build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to meet production goals and deliver excellence across the supply chain.
What You Will Do…
Supervise hourly employees in shipping and/or receiving operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, including ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
Maintain a safe work environment and lead accident investigations and safety training.
Optimize labor planning and coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Monitor cost and performance indicators and implement improvements.
Promote positive employee relations and administer progressive discipline when needed.
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation across all warehousing activities.
Who You Will Work With…
You’ll report to the Senior Warehousing Manager and work closely with:
Hourly team members on 3rd shift
Peers across other shifts and departments (Production, QA, Safety)
Cross-functional teams to support shipping, receiving, and inventory goals
You’ll lead a team of hourly employees and collaborate with other supervisors to ensure alignment and consistency across shifts.

What You Will Bring to the Table… (Must Have)
High School Diploma/GED (Minimum Qualification)
3 years of related experience (Minimum Qualification)
Proven ability to lead teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment
Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice to Have)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with ISO, HACCP, and GMP compliance
Strong leadership presence and ability to foster team engagement
Experience in accident investigation and safety program implementation
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$55,200-$79,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
