Job Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Analyst is a professional focused on enhancing organizational processes through data driven analysis and strategic initiatives. They are responsible for identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and tracking the effectiveness of implemented changes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. The analyst uses a variety of tools and methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that the organization adapts to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead service transformation initiatives that deliver productivity savings and improve margins, partnering with Finance to track P&L impact.
  • Provide CI analysis and execution to support channel strategy, delivering insights on service mix, cost drivers, and profitability.
  • Facilitate CI workshops (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kaizen) to build a sustainable improvement culture within service teams.
  • Drive process standardization to improve turnaround time, efficiency, and service reliability.
  • Collaborate across business segments, providing Lean expertise to support business growth initiatives.
  • Lead and manage CI projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable outcomes.
  • Enhance customer experience by improving service quality, responsiveness, and reliability.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 plus bonus.   Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
