Reporting to the Director of Digital Optimization & Operations, you will develop strategies to increase sales & digital metric growth across our digital platforms by using multiple platform functionalities – including – A/B Testing, Ratings & Reviews, Search & Navigation, Granify, and other Optimization programs to deliver customer experience and conversion on our site and apps for QVC.

Your Impact

  • Set vision and goals for team to lead optimizations within the QVC US and HSN IS business further.
  • Create and manage growth-centric forecasts to measure revenue impact of AB Testing and optimizations month-over-month and year-over-year.
  • Lead and mentor AB Testing/Optimization team, building consistency in approach and best-practices across QVC and HSN digital properties
  • Partner with Analytics team to identify KPIs, create dashboard reporting and set the standard for communication of AB test results across multiple departments
  • Lead quarterly ideation sessions with UX, Engineering, Optimization and business stakeholders to continuously build the backlog with data-backed, future-state optimization ideas to drive eCommerce CRO
  • Analyze reporting to identify performance trends and opportunities
  • Analyze results for all platforms to increase conversion, sessions and engagement on our platforms.
  • Identify opportunities & manage conversion driving programs for QVC's business.
  • Bring the strategy for the Onsite Search and Navigation Program.
  • Manage A/B Testing Program for QVC US and HSN US Market.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of A/B testing experience increasing responsibility and focus on analytics in a retail, hospitality, or ecommerce environment.
  • 10+ years experience in Core and Targeted testing for digital platforms.
  • 10+ progressive years leading multivariate testing for revenue growth or consumer engagement.
  • 10+ years experience using analytics tools to guide digital strategy.
