Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Employ innovative screening techniques to identify client challenges, address urgent issues, and provide immediate referrals.
- Implement comprehensive psychosocial assessments for precision care planning.
- Deliver individual, couples, and family therapies using advanced therapeutic models for all age groups.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create client-centered intervention plans.
- Utilize agile methodologies to reassess and update treatment plans as needed.
- Leverage digital tools to document client interactions efficiently within 3 days.
- Participate actively in supervisory sessions to ensure continuous professional development.
- Engage in forward-thinking billing activities aligned with agency protocols.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge therapeutic techniques, theories, and research.
- Perform additional transformative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social or behavioral sciences from an accredited institution.
- Active Texas licensure (LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT) with board credentials in excellent standing.
- Current First Aid/CPR certifications, ensuring top-tier client safety.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in psychotherapy with a focus on innovative treatment approaches.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred to enhance client communication.
