**The hours of this role are 2:00 - 11:00 p.m.**
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Serve as a critical member of the nursing team across 3-4 local locations.
Participate in the development, implementation and administration of policies and procedures as they relate to the health and safety of the campus.
Act as liaison between employees, management and third-party administrators regarding confidential and health related issues.
Deliver nursing care for occupational illness and injury, personal medical complexities including acute injury, education, health promotion for employees as needed.
Work with wellness program coordinators to implement company provided programs.
Assist EHS Team/Operations in incident investigation and implementing accident prevention programs.
Support Workers Compensation claims processes in collaboration with third party administrators. Oversee return to work and restrictions including work site analyses and job assessments for safe job placement of injured and restricted employees.
Coordinate occupational and health screening tests (audiograms, vision testing, pulmonary function testing).
Assist with the site ergonomics team, perform and assist with ergonomic evaluations and drive improvements.
Lead the sites with the first response team for best practices in injury management.
YOU HAVE:
Must hold current MN registered nurse (RN) license or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
Certified Occupational Health Nurse - preferred
1+ years of experience in occupational health in a manufacturing environment preferred
Acute care/mental health experience preferred
Train the trainer certification in CPR/First Aid/AED – preferred

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
