Our team is looking for a Facilities Technician II to join them. You will report to the Senior Facilities and Construction Manager and will have On-site work structure in Chatsworth-CA with the shifts from Tuesday to Saturday 7:00 am-4:30 pm.
To be considered for the Facilities Technician II opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills across multiple
- Electrical: Basic electrical
- HVAC: Heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Plumbing: General installation and repair.
- Carpentry: Minor remodeling and repairs.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as schematics and blueprints.
As a Facilities Technician II, you will:
- Conduct complex repairs and perform maintenance tasks in multiple trades, including
carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - Repair and maintain building equipment, such as pumps, motors, and lighting fixtures.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and expedite repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on equipment and
utility systems. - Conduct basic plumbing repairs, such as clearing clogged drains, fixing leaks, and installing
new fixtures. - Respond to facility-related help desk requests and emergency situations.
- Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document activities, track
work orders, and manage inventory. - Manage contractors for specialized repairs, maintenance, and facility projects.
- Read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to
guide repair work. - Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance activities, materials used, and
supplies needed. - Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and governing regulations, including OSHA and
NFPA standards. - Conduct daily inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and well-
maintained working environment. - Train or provide guidance to subordinate staff or less experienced technicians as needed.

Compensation Pay Range
$28.00-$31.00 per Hour.
