  • Generate HR reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making (turnover, PTO, compliance).
  • Support HRIS workflows, process improvements, and data audits.

Payroll Support

  • Assist with payroll preparation, including auditing timecards, reviewing payroll changes, and troubleshooting employee payroll inquiries.
  • Serve as payroll backup during the HR Director's absence.

Total Rewards & Benefits

  • Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations (medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k).
  • Oversee COBRA administration and compliance.
  • Reconcile benefit invoices and assist with annual open enrollment.
  • Educate employees on benefit programs and wellness initiatives.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit paperwork and final pay coordination.
Partner with the HR Assistant on recruiting handoffs and ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transitions.

Events, Projects & Administrative Support

  • Assist with HR events, recognition programs, and company culture initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR vendors (benefit carriers, background checks, safety vendors, etc.).
  • Support department initiatives, audits, and special projects as assigned.

Other Duties

  • All other duties as assigned for the needs of the business.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of HR compliance, LOA/ADA administration, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity strongly preferred; other HRIS experience required).
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and willingness to serve as backup payroll administrator.
  • Experience with benefits administration and total rewards.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency, flexibility, and professionalism.

Why Join Us?
