About the role...

Are you a travel lover who lives and breathes social media? Do you get excited about discovering creators, spotting trends before they blow up, and directing content creation that feels right now? Maybe you’ve even dabbled in content creation yourself.

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to help us run and scale our creat influencer campaigns here at Bounce.

Where you come in...

  • Help set up campaigns based on goals and platform strategies

  • Turn ideas into clear briefs for creators

  • Learn to source and vet creators using data, keywords, and instinct

  • Spot trends early and suggest creators or concepts

  • Manage outreach from first message to negotiation and close

  • Test messaging angles to boost reply rates while staying within budget

  • Coordinate onboarding: timelines, briefs, contracts, and payments

  • Keep creator relationships warm and conversations moving

  • Track performance with internal tools, report results, and share learnings

  • Pitch and create your own content ideas, especially for TikTok! (Optional)

Your profile...

  • Active on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or similar platforms: you get what works where

  • Curious and excited to learn the ins and outs of creator marketing

  • Organized and self-motivated, with strong follow-through

  • Not afraid to share ideas or feedback

  • A good eye for content that clicks, visually and emotionally

  • A genuine interest in travel, storytelling, and creator culture

  • Some content creation experience (bonus)

  • Basic video editing or filming skills (bonus)
