Nutaku Publishing is currently seeking an experienced full-time Associate Game Producer. We publish and manage Adult Free to Play titles for Web, Steam and Mobile platforms.
As an Associate Game Producer you will work directly with the dedicated Game Producer and external developers to ensure timelines are realistic and deliverables are scoped to allow for confident delivery of the highest possible quality within the allotted time. Track milestones and development progression to ensure the product achieves its goals. Be the liaison between 1st parties, publisher and third party development partners, including platform owners, publishers and outsourcing partners
What you'll be doing:
- Support your development teams in building the Product Vision.
- Coordinate between 3rd party platforms, Services and Developers.
- Support Developers on live operations of F2P games and post launch content release schedules.
- Work with Development teams and Publishing to implement roadmaps for live content delivery
- Continuously analyze current strategies and competition, proposing new ways to maximize game revenue
- Assist the Game Producer in managing the process and workflow for releasing new content as well as setting up and monitoring Live Game Operations
- Present weekly updates, production status and clear vision to all stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous small projects.
- Identify production blockages or problems as early as possible and work to find solutions together with the team.
What you'll need to be successful (must haves):
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience within a project management or production team
- Must have worked on at least two shipped F2P titles throughout the entire production cycle to live operation.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of how games are made.
- Ability to prioritize, and follow-through to completion.
- Great interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
- Strong working knowledge with MS Office and Google Docs
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
