The Role
Sofina Foods is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused individual to join our hygiene team. As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our production environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a structured, team-driven environment. Pay: £13.90 per hour Shift: Night shift, 2 week rotation Week 1 - Monday 1830 - 0600 & Tuesday - Friday 2000 - 0230 Week 2 - Tuesday - Friday 2000 - 0230 & Saturday 1830 - 0600 |

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning, ideally in a food production setting
- The ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining standards
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
