In this role, you will deliver actionable financial insights, provide visibility to performance, and help drive initiatives that improve profitability and efficiency. This position goes beyond reporting — it requires proactive analysis, ownership of P&L drivers, and close alignment with both operational leaders and private equity stakeholders. • P&L Ownership: Drive understanding of revenue, margin, and cost trends; provide clear visibility to variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Decision Support: Deliver financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational improvement projects.
  • Performance Visibility: Build management reporting that highlights key drivers of performance and enables leaders to take timely, informed action.
  • Opportunity Sizing: Evaluate and quantify the financial impact of new opportunities, market expansion, and operational efficiencies.
  • Levers & Value Creation: Identify actions that improve unit economics, asset utilization, and profitability, aligned with private equity value-creation goals.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Lead the integration of operational inputs into forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment between Operations and Finance.
  • Executive & PE Interaction: Support the Head of FP&A and CFO in preparing materials and analyses for board meetings, lenders, and private equity sponsors.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Drive time-sensitive analyses for leadership with high visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance; private equity-backed or fast-growth environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong P&L and financial modeling expertise, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools a plus.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for executives and investors.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Why Join Us

  • High-impact finance role directly influencing operational and financial outcomes.
  • Exposure to private equity value-creation initiatives, board-level reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Opportunity to build financial acumen across both Operations and Finance.
