Description

Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking for an experienced full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team. Base Pay Rate: $15/hr. plus commission

Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $90,000.00-$130,000.00

 
Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7am-5pm and alternating Saturdays


In This Role, You Will:

  • Welcome clients and ensure an exceptional and professional service experience from start to finish
     
  • Review service history, perform walkarounds, and recommend needed maintenance/repairs
     
  • Clearly explain service options and pricing, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions
     
  • Coordinate with technicians and service team to manage repair timelines and communicate updates to clients
     
  • Keep clients informed regarding progress, changes, and approvals
     
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standard before returning the vehicle to the client
     
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact for ongoing service needs

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For In Our Candidate:

  • A positive, professional attitude with a passion for great customer service  
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written  
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a busy environment  
  • Intermediate computer skills 
  • Experience in service writing—luxury brand experience is a plus  
  • Familiarity with Dealertrack is a bonus  
  • Bilingual is a plus 
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in good standings and clean driving record
