Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent-focused social media campaigns to attract high-quality candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to promote job openings and employee value propositions (EVP) effectively.
  • Design and implement employer branding projects that align with the company's culture, mission, and hiring goals.
  • Manage and create content calendars for recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of talent marketing efforts using relevant metrics (engagement, reach, applications, etc.).
  • Partner with internal communications, creative teams, and hiring managers to craft compelling recruitment stories and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital recruitment trends, social media tools, and competitive employer brand strategies.

Requirements:

  • Pursing a degree in Marketing, Communications or related
  • Experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing
  • Proven expertise in managing content and campaigns across social platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and paid social campaigns.
  • Passion for engagement, story-telling and content creation.
