Your Role
The Corporate Security and Safety team is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a deep understanding of security technology systems and operations. The Business Systems Analyst, Senior will report to the Director of Corporate Security. In this role you will, you will serve as a key partner in advancing the organization’s physical security infrastructure through technology-driven solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-wide security systems. Your contributions will directly support life safety, compliance, and operational continuity across all business units.
This is a Short Term Employment opportunity that has the ability to be employed for no longer than 3 years, with the potential for full-time.
Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Conduct routine data analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
- Formulate and define routine systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
- Develop or modify information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing systems
- Identify a desired future state that addresses a business problem utilizing multiple analytic methodologies and business process modeling
- Manage requirements and analysis to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives
Collaborate with IT business unit peers and vendor field technicians to ensure timely dispatch and resolution of system issues
Develop and implement API solutions for integration across HR software, ticketing systems, and life safety platforms
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and security
Lead cross-functional meetings to align technical solutions with business needs
Champion innovation and collaborate with IT business unit partners to ensure the enterprise security system operates at peak performance and reliability
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
Requires experience with physical security systems, alarm monitoring platforms, and life safety technologies
Requires strong understanding of API development and system integration best practices
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SMP, Jira) desired
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills desired
Certification in systems architecture, security technologies, or business analysis (e.g., CISSP, CBAP) desired

o Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.
