As an IM&S Procurement Content Coordinator, reporting to the IM&S Spot Buy Manager, you will play a critical role in analyzing the vendor portfolio, identifying preferred suppliers, and collaborating closely with procurement teams for validation and approval. This temporary assignment will focus on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and understanding in vendor data management to support the Guided Buying process across the region.
This is a temporary position for 9 months. You will have a hybrid working model (4 days at home and 1 day at the office) based at our office located in Martinez.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the vendor portfolio to identify opportunities for consolidation, preferred supplier selection, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to validate and approve preferred suppliers based on predefined criteria.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor selections are aligned with organizational goals.Identify suppliers suitable for deactivation or replacement by marketplaces based on low activity or spend.
- Communicate insights to partners to promote informed decision-making.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of vendor data in SAP, especially regarding contact information and payment terms.
Professional profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
- Advanced written and spoken English is required and preferably Portuguese
