• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• A  two-year technical degree, plus a minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the technology support field, is preferred.
• Requires proficiency with the Microsoft and Google suites of office products.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling tasks and responsibilities.
• Must uphold a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and ensure the security of confidential data.
• Actively engage with and contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering effective communication and cooperation with team members.
• Display flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adjusting work hours as needed to meet the demands and priorities of our customers.
• Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and utilize time management techniques to ensure efficient and timely completion of responsibilities.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to ongoing changes, staying open to acquiring new knowledge and capabilities.
