WHAT YOU GET TO DO
The Total Rewards & Talent Management Administrator performs a range of duties in the areas of compensation, benefits, talent management, and talent development. They will support the Total Rewards and Talent Management Specialists.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Total Rewards
- Act as the first level of support for employee questions related to Benefits and Wellness
- Facilitate the company’s wellness programs.
- Assist the Total Rewards Specialist with compensation duties, including salary surveys and position pricing requests.
- Support annual Merit and Bonus processes
- Support Annual Open Enrollment for Benefits
- Provide reporting and analysis of Total Rewards-related data
- Act as back-up for the Total Rewards Specialist on the day-to-day administration of benefits programs
Talent Management
- Support the coordination of KNAPP’s performance management process to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance review cycle
- Assist in the coordination and execution of talent development programs, including onboarding and training.
- Assist in tracking and updating employees' learning history in the KNAPP Academy after external in-person training
- Administer and analyze data from post-learning surveys to enhance future learning modules.
- Aid in developing a manager onboarding toolkit and additional people manager developmental resources
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Recruitment teams to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisors or the VP of HR
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Human Resources related activities

Working Conditions and Environment:
- Travel may be required up to 10%
