About the Role:
The Warehouse Supervisor Replenishment is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily replenishment operations within the warehouse located in B Fernandez, CG1. This role ensures that inventory levels are maintained accurately and efficiently to meet the demands of production and distribution schedules. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinating tasks to optimize workflow and maintain safety standards. They will also monitor stock movements, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in supporting supply chain continuity and customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and team leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse safety standards.
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Physical capability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and replenishment planning tools.
