About the Role:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients throughout Kerrville. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home health setting.
Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle.
Scheduling Options:
- PRN: Fewer than 12 visits/week
- Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
- Daytime and after-school hours available
We work around your availability—daytime and after-school visits are both needed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on pediatric assessments.
- Conduct standardized and non-standardized tests to evaluate physical function.
- Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications.
- Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
