Human Resources Coordinator/Business Office Manager
Come join us at Carmel Manor! We are a Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm for over 70 years. Our mission is to treat all staff and residents with love and respect.
We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator/Business Office Manager.
- Full-Time.
- 10-minute commute from Cincinnati.
HR Coordinator/Business Office Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience required.
- Minimum of two years of Business Office experience required.
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred.
HR Coordinator/Business Office Manager Job Summary:
- Ensure employee timesheets are accurately populated with work hours and PTO.
- Utilize UKG recruiting and onboarding function and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate communication, interviews, Offer Letters and Onboarding.
- Operate the New Hire orientations to include background checks, initial welcome, onboarding completion and required non-clinical orientation courses.
- Ensure that New Hire files contain copies of all Federal, State, and internal forms.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure up-to-date compliance with Federal, State, and internal guidelines.
- Work with department managers in carrying out their responsibilities on employee relations matters.
- Attend all required in-service training or other meetings as required.
- Assist in emergency operations as directed by Nursing, Administrator, Administrator on Duty, or Department Manager.
- Daily, accurate recording and reporting of facility census.
- Manage the resident billing process and reimbursement for services.
- Cash posting in the Point Click Care software system for self-pay and resident pay accounts.
- Maintain residents’ personal needs accounts; petty cash, providing banking hours, paying bills on behalf of residents, posting charges, sending statements of account, balancing and reconciling bank statements on a monthly basis.
