The Recipe for Success:

Sales Operations and Analytics Specialist is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to company brand standards while providing comprehensive operational and analytical support to the wholesale sales channel. This position plays a critical role in maintaining policy compliance, driving data-based decision making, and supporting efficient sales operations.

 

What's on your daily menu?    

Brand Protection & Compliance

  • Enforce the UMMAP Policy and related brand-protection standards.
  • Monitor and log policy violations, escalating issues as required.
  • Continue advancing the department to maintain its position as an industry leader in brand protection.

Sales Analytics

  • Provide actionable insights through regular sales reporting and data analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance the Wholesale Dashboard to support leadership decisions.

Sales Operations & Support

  • Assist with wholesale pricing reviews and updates.
  • Manage aged inventory on behalf of the Wholesale sales team and recommend strategies for sell-through.
  • Support the sales team with item setup and miscellaneous vendor requests.
  • Maintain accurate B2B site data and ensure adherence to Wholesale Program guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team to implement B2B site enhancements and email campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating tradeshows, including logistics and vendor communication.

 

The Perfect Blend: Your Ingredients for Success:    

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales operations and analytics, brand compliance, or related field within a corporate environment. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proven capacity to interact professionally across multiple departments and levels of management.
  • Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms and email marketing software such as Mailchimp is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wholesale or retail sales processes and inventory management practices is desirable.
