Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:
- Tool Maestro: You'll be setting up and operating a variety of tools—think deburring equipment, pneumatic tools, pencil grinders, and even Dremel-style tools.
- Precision is Key: Your mission is to make sure our metallic parts are exactly right. You'll be using hand and power tools—grinders, files, buffing wheels, and sanders—to smooth out defects and prep surfaces. ±.002 or even smaller!
- Quality First: You'll inspect your finished masterpieces to ensure they meet our super-strict specifications (after all, these parts fly!). If it's grooved, contoured, or irregular, you'll file it down to blueprint perfection.
- Tool Tune-Up: You’ll be changing belts, wheels, and other attachments to get that perfect finish.
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.
- Minimum of three (3) or more years’ experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in AS9100 and ISO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
- Understanding and ability to work within an ERP system (Global Shop).
- Adept at prioritizing multiple tasks/projects.
