We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona for a 12-month assignment. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing an Enterprise Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, helping streamline contract processes and enhance the experience for our internal teams, customers, and vendors.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate internal, non-technical business project from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include planning, resourcing, staffing, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery. 
  • Scope & Scheduling: Ensure alignment with project requirements and scope. Develop and manage schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress, and track key milestones. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to generate clear, actionable reports for management. 
  • Communication: Maintain consistent communication with leadership, providing updates on project status, risks, and any changes that may impact outcomes. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend adjustments to timelines, resources, or scope to optimize project success.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally across multiple functions or departments.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time with measurable results.
