This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

  • As part of a product development team, you will work in adhesive bonding and surface science to meet the needs of both internal and external customers through lab-based development projects and activities.
  • You will spend approximately 8 months in each rotation where you will develop a deep understanding of multiple adhesive chemistries, applications, and markets specific to your business unit as well as an overall knowledge of our product portfolios.
  • In each rotation, in addition to developing and formulating adhesives for specific applications, you will have the opportunity to learn about your own skills and to grow personally through the wide range of courses made available to each associate.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Material Science is required.
  • Knowledge of structure-property relationship of materials, experience with polymers and surface science, and a background in organic chemistry are preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred).
  • Digital literacy and experience with data analysis tools, project management software and MS Office to manage tasks and communicate with others.
  • Available for full-time employment in July 2026.

The salary for this role is $80000.00 - $95000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
