Digital Marketing Manager (Fixed Term Contract 12 Months) - Portadown - Bassetts

As a Digital Marketing Manager based in Portadown, you’ll be responsible for:

  

  • Manage an internal team and a network of external agencies, ensuring continued delivery of high-quality marketing output.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all marketing initiatives support lead generation and customer growth.

  • Maintain and build upon existing brand strategies across all divisions within the Bassetts umbrella, Trade, Retail, Renewables, VP Jebb and Tiles.

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and report on key metrics to demonstrate campaign performance and ROI.

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Mon – Thurs 8:00am – 5pm, Fri 08:00am – 4pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Degree educated in Marketing or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands or business units.

  • Strong digital marketing skills with the ability to analyse performance and drive improvement.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and project management skills.

  • Willingness to travel to branches across Northern Ireland as required.
