Your Tasks

  • CSRD-Driven HR Reporting: Actively support the alignment of HR data with CSRD requirements, identify and draw relevant HR metrics, and prepare high-quality reports to meet sustainability and compliance standards.
  • Hands-On Data Work: Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple HR systems to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate data requirements, share insights, and adapt to changing reporting needs.
  • Projects: Take part in global HR reporting projects, e.g. the realignment of the Annual Report. Bring your own ideas, and help shape the way we handle HR data in the future.

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a business administration, HR, computer science, or related bachelor’s or master’s program during the internship period or in a Gap year.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail and structure.
  • Passion for data, its link to business processes, and enthusiasm for people
  • Fluent in Excel; knowledge of SuccessFactors or other HR/analytics systems is of advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with an international working environment, ideally through prior internships or working student positions.
  • Confident communication skills across different levels and cultures, able to adapt information for various target audiences.
  • Enjoys close collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to change in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.
