The Millwork Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of millwork production, including team supervision, quality control, workflow coordination, and equipment management. This role is essential to ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area is important. Heavy lifting is required. Prior forklift experience is helpful. Leading a team environment is very important. Some weekend hours are required.
