As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that support 365 Retail Markets’ business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our innovative products and services in the unattended retail space. This role requires a solid understanding of software and hardware project lifecycles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow their project management expertise.


Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and task assignments.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Apply lean principles and project management methodologies to drive efficient execution.


Hardware and Software Coordination

  • Partner with hardware and software teams to coordinate tasks and track dependencies.
  • Support the integration, testing, and deployment of project deliverables.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and ensure quality standards are met.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and operations teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with security and legal teams to ensure new features and products meet compliance and regulatory standards like PCI, SOC2, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. 
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and keep teams aligned on timelines and priorities.


Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to measure progress.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues proactively, recommending solutions where possible.


Process Improvement

  • Contribute ideas to improve project workflows and team efficiency.
  • Share lessons learned and support knowledge-building within the team.


Delivery Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate software releases with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver new features. 
  • Compose, maintain, and update user guides related to new features or products.
  • Coordinate pilot launches with customers, diligently tracking and actioning issues found. 

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of project management experience in technology or product development. 
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Jira Dashboards and Jira Plans. 
  • Experience coordinating hardware or software development projects. 
  • Experience is highly preferred with payments, point of sale systems, and PCI compliance
  • Understanding basic networking, computer hardware, and operating systems (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS). 
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, PSM, ITIL or related certifications strongly preferred 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
